In 2016, the Hotel Palms opened following a nine month renovation of the 1947 property. The original eleven rooms face a lush but manicured courtyard where guests can relax each morning with their cup of coffee from Ace Coffee, located in the Hotel Palms lobby.
Hotel Palms Courtyard also serves as a gathering space for live concerts, shopping markets, and private events. Original art from artists Jason Woodside, Ty Williams, Ben Brough, and Lucas Beufort can be seen throughout the property.
